I'm Christine.
Fund development specialist


Christine is a biracial/bicultural fund development consultant specializing in fund development advising, fractional development support, and grants strategy. She leverages two decades of direct-service and consulting experience in racial and economic equity, immigration, financial capability, affordable housing, homelessness, and youth services.
Previously, Christine was the Director of Development and Marketing at the Unity Council. She also served in-house as the Director of Development and Communications at St. Vincent de Paul of Alameda County and Development Manager at HomeRise (formerly Community Housing Partnership).



Christine brings deep in-house and consulting experience across the full spectrum of development and communications needs.


Since founding her consulting practice 18 years ago, she has served in several interim development roles and helped clients secure more than $100 million in grant funding.


Christine lives just outside Portland, Oregon, with her husband and two tuxedo cats. Outside of work, she is a volunteer goatherd with the Belmont Goats and enjoys cycling, studying Mandarin, and cooking.
