Christine is a biracial/bicultural fund development consultant specializing in fund development strategy, fractional and interim development support, and proposal development. She leverages two decades of direct-service and consulting experience in racial and economic equity, immigration, financial capability, affordable housing, homelessness, and youth services.
Previously, Christine was the Director of Development and Marketing at the Unity Council. She also served in-house as the Director of Development and Communications at St. Vincent de Paul and Development Manager HomeRise.
Christine brings deep in-house and consulting experience across the full spectrum of development and communications needs. Since founding her consulting practice 17 years ago, she has served in several interim development roles and helped clients secure more than $89 million in grant funding.
In addition to her consulting work, Christine serves on the Board of Directors for the Pacific Refugee Support Group, contributing her fundraising expertise to support refugee and immigrant communities.
She lives just outside Portland, Oregon, with her husband and two tuxedo cats. Outside of work, Christine enjoys cycling, studying Mandarin, and volunteering with the Belmont Goats.
